Grüner Veltliner

Straw yellow in color. The nose echoes aromas of white peaches, hints of citrus fruit and light notes of pears and spices. Light and easy to drink with a delicate palate. Perfect to pair with white meat dishes, fish, and salads.

Vinification and ageing

Grapes were harvested from the very best vineyards in the Mőcsény and Bátaapáti areas and immediately brought to the cellar. Grape clusters were carefully selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16 °C (61 °F) for 12-14 days.
