This Cabernet Franc is produced only on the best vintages. After a careful selection in the vineyard, the wine is fermented in steel tank and the maturation is in barriques for 14 months, followed by an year and a half in bottle.
Medium bodied with red berry and herbal notes, it is elegant and complex with a pleasant bouquet.
Goes well with grilled meat, game and cheese.
Suggested serving temperature 18-20°C
