RIESLING
Straw yellow in the glass, the bouquet is pleasing with lively sensations of tropical fruit, limes, lemons, peaches, and floral notes. The palate is fresh, well-balanced, and defined by excellent structure and a lengthy finish. Ideal to pair with Asian cuisine, goat cheese, and seafood dishes, in particular shrimp or smoked salmon.

Vinification and ageing
Grapes were harvested from the very best vineyards in the Mőcsény and Bátaapáti areas and immediately brought to the cellar. Grape clusters were carefully selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16 °C (61 °F) for 12-14 days. The wine was clarified and filtered in December and then bottled in February.
