SAUVIGNON BLANC

Straw yellow in color, the nose is intense and complex offering notes of tropical fruits, elderflowers, and light herbal sensations. The palate is fresh, soft with excellent mineral characteristics. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with appetizers, seafood and white meat dishes, soup, and tofu.

Vinification and ageing

Grapes were harvested from the very best vineyards in the Mőcsény and Bátaapáti areas and immediately brought to the cellar. Grape clusters were carefully selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16 °C (61 °F) for 12-14 days.
